About Werner Brinkmann

For over 40 years, I have lived my passion for real estate. Back in 1985, I successfully passed the examinations to become a certified real estate specialist before the IHK Kiel and as an auctioneer before the IHK Osnabrück, laying the foundation for my professional career. In 1986, I took the leap into self-employment and have been working as a real estate agent in Sögel ever since – with a clear goal: to find the perfect solution for every client. Through my further training as an insurance specialist and financial intermediary, I can draw on over 30 years of experience in these areas as well. For me, real estate sales mean much more than mediating properties. I support my clients comprehensively – from financing through insurance solutions to the successful handover of the property.
